The TV commercial is focusing on a transparency of the consequences by making the unhealthy choice. 
The sound effects is key and usable for radio spots during the campaign period. At the same time, it's meant to trigger the consumer's mind in the grocery shopping experience, and make them think twice about their choice where they can make a difference and choice healthy - for their own sake.
